18 Ways Feel Better Through Self Care (Part One)

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to give everyone a reminder that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. 

You don’t need to have a lot of money or time, just a few simple actions each day can aid you on your mental health journey. You don't have to do them all, one positive action can have a profound imp at.  

Read on for some quick tips and remember:SELF CARE ISN’T SELFISH!


1.       Take a couple deep breaths

2.       De-clutter your space

3.       Listen to your favorite music

4.       Use positive affirmations

5.       Get active

6.       Start a list of things you’re grateful for
