Be sure to take breaks in your training and get a good night’s sleep before you tackle your 5K. Rest is essential for repairing and building muscles, and everyone needs a break once in awhile!

Get Together 

Grab your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors! Get together with people to support one another and spread the word about the virtual 5K!

Plan Ahead 

Map out where you’re going to complete you 5K ahead of time. Know where you’re going, which turns to take, and how to get back to where you started.
