Although my voice may be small, my journey to eliminate the stigmas associated with suicide and mental health that began just under four years ago will continue.
I was in a deep depression and I felt like success was the only way to pull me out of it. I thought, “if I can just succeed and do better than everybody else at everything, then maybe I will be worth something.”
