THE ALLY COMMUNITY
A HOME FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Everyone deserves emotional support and understanding when it comes to mental illness and suicide issues.
The Ally Community offers just that. It is a place to listen and be listened to.
WHAT IS THE ALLY COMMUNITY?
The Ally Community is a home for your mental health. It is a virtual and in-person network of resources, people, and events that provide support for mental illness.
You have the opportunity to take ownership of your mental wellness and get connected with like minded people. It means learning to be an advocate for yourself, for your community, and for the cause of mental health equality. You’ll have access to learning materials, resources, and the peer network to help you along the way.
HOW DO YOU JOIN?
Joining is free and easy. Sign up by clicking on the button below. Then complete a twenty minute introduction module, which welcomes you into the community.
WHAT IS THE ALLY TRAINING PROGRAM?
The core component of The Ally Community is the Ally Training Program. The one-of-a-kind training program cultivates mental health support communities.
The Training Program consists of 3 parts:
THE ALLY COMMUNITY WELCOMES YOU TO:
